This is the Friday update on a Thursday afternoon for the downtown streetscape project. The contractor has made additional progress on the 400 block with curb and gutter poured this week and forming for sidewalk pour for tomorrow. 
Some things to look ahead for next week: 
1. Continue forming for sidewalks on the east side of the 400 block 
2. Possibly complete pouring of sidewalks on east side 
3. Start forming for curb and gutter on the west side 
4. Possible pouring of curb and gutter on west side 
I know some of you have asked questions about the small areas on the 300 block that remain unfinished. Both of those property owners have some minor work to complete as well as resolution of some outstanding items with the general contractor. Once I receive the all clear from everyone the contractor will return the crews to those locations to complete the remaining work. 
As always the schedule is weather dependent and next week has the Fourth of July holiday in it as well which will effect overall output. There will not be an update next Friday as I will be out of state enjoying some vacation time.
